step 2: Disable Snap Assist
Open recently downloaded Optimizer. exe file. Click on “Windows 11” section to open Windows 11 options.

Check last few options under “Extras” which is located at the right bottom corner. Enable “disable snap assist” feature like below picture.

Click “Restart to apply changes” button to apply changes.
